AfriForum ready to challenge McBride appointment in court

Complaint lodged with Public Protector over maladministration of Free State municipalities

AfriForum has lodged a complaint with the Public Protector following the threat by Eskom to disconnect electricity supply to a number of municipalities in the Free State. This comes after municipal authorities failed to pay amounts due to Eskom for electricity provided.

AfriForum’s campaign against Tshwane Metro Council

The reaction of Pretoria residents to AfriForum’s public participation process regarding municipal utilities bills has been very good so far.  AfriForum has already received reaction from hundreds of residents who are experiencing difficulties with their water and electricity accounts, according to Cornelius Jansen van Rensburg, AfriForum’s spokesperson for local government affairs.

AfriForum Youth wants to talk to NYDA
