Abandoned The idea behind Abandoned is to have a single site dedicated to all the various organisations trying to find a good home for abandoned animals in South Africa. Abandoned was created to increase awareness of the various organisations and to help with the ever increasing need to find the perfect placement for those abandoned and abused pets.
Animal Rescue Coalition Our belief is that the life of a sentient being is worth defending to the death and any form of euthanasia is a last resort only when all other avenues have been considered and there is no other option. We recognise that some states of life may be worse than death and of course we must do everything in our power to avoid placing animals or allowing others to place animals in those circumstances.
Caspian Alexander Trust The Caspian Alexander Trust is named after Caspian Alexander. He lived with Kairen in Woodstock and when he was three years old he made a decision. He had been deeply saddened to meet so many of his furry friends who were neglected, hungry and sick. Both he and Kairen couldn't be happy whilst others suffered and so the Caspian Alexander Trust was formed.
