Our belief is that the life of a sentient being is worth defending to the death and any form of euthanasia is a last resort only when all other avenues have been considered and there is no other option. We recognise that some states of life may be worse than death and of course we must do everything in our power to avoid placing animals or allowing others to place animals in those circumstances.
