A few years ago Helga she became aware of the need of many matric girls that do not have the financial means to dress up for their matric dance. The idea of making as many as possible of these girls feel like a princess for that special evening lead to the start of the Princess Project. Donations include dresses, old make-up, shoes, hair accessories, jewellery, wedding gowns, etc.
