Shelley Point, West Coast, South Africa

Shelly Point Beach, West Coast.
By Myles Spolander

Shelley Point is situated up the West Coast, approximately 90 minutes from Cape Town by car. It can be approached from two directions, via Vredenberg and a +/-30km dirt road, or off the main West Coast road via St Helena Bay. Each route has its own advantages, which you will discover when you visit.

The development itself is relatively new and is expanding rapidly. There is a strict building code in place, which ensures the chartacteristic integrity of the area.

Shelley Point borders onto Britannia Bay in the south, and St Helena Bay to the north and, because of its fantastic climate, lends itself to all forms of sea sports and activities.

There is a restaurant in the development, part of the Black Steer franchise, which because of its location and food, has locals travelling from far and wide to visit. There is a golf course, which is undergoing constant upgrading and maintenance.

Looking for a sound investment? Look no further, Shelley Point is the place to be!
